To the maximum extent permitted by law, StompFlow and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any loss of audio content, presets, or data.

6. Third-Party Content

StompFlow processes audio entirely in your browser. Any third-party audio files you load are your responsibility; the app does not bundle or distribute copyrighted audio content.

We may update or modify the app and these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or discontinue the app without prior notice.
